- You have to be one chat almost everyday.
Rollback
- You have to have 50 (good) edits.
- No ban/block history.
- No vandalism charges.
Bureaucrat
- You have to have 1,000+ (good) edits.
- No ban/block history.
- No vandalism charges.
- No bad history on other wikis.
